Drying your premises
After a flood or in the aftermath of fighting a fire, we need to dry out your premises by controlling the moisture content in the air as the water evaporates. Naturally this rises substantially and we need to work to return it to the normal level of around 50% humidity.
As well as drying out the existing water present, this prevents reabsorbing and secondary contamination of areas and items not previously affected. That can lead to problems with mould.
After the premises has been dried to British Damage Management Association (BDMA) standards we’ll issue you a certificate confirming the outcome while noting any pre-existing conditions we found during our initial assessment.
